John sorry, my own memory was not really proper, I should have first check R:Docs or online property builder.
The correct syntax is
PROPERTY TABLE <FormTableName> 'REFRESH'

If you change some values of the record in an EEP or where ever, you could refresh your record in form with
PROPERTY tablename REFRESH
In tablename use the name of your table you represent in DBGrid.

I have this message appearing while using a form, with a DBGrid. I am the only user. This topic was raised previously on 3/10/2005 and apparently addressed at the time by RBTI. Is there something else that may be causing this ?
