Thanks so much to Jay, Adrian and Albert.  This list is just such an incredible resource!

I did as you suggested and created a "draft" printer on my system.  It took me a bit to figure out how to do that, but once I was able to set up the draft printer, and modify the EEP to include the printer name in the command, IT WORKED!

I am SOOOOO looking forward to doing this on my client's computer on Monday.  You have no idea how pleased he's going to be about this.

Paula, you can set the same printer up more than once in the "Printers & Faxes" in Windows. If you set the printer up both as the best possible quality, and then "Add Printer", selecting the same printer driver, but setting the quality to draft, with a name that suggests draft quality, the user then uses whichever printer he/she wants, selecting the one that defaults to the quality needed.
