R:Charts 7.5 for Windows, bundled with RCharts75.RBL Plugin,
is fully compatible with the latest version of R:BASE 7.5

All previously defined charts using R:Charts 1.0 are fully
compatible with R:Charts 7.5 and RCharts75.RBL Plugin for
running dynamic RCharts in R:BASE 7.5 Forms, Reports and
Sub-Reports.
R:Charts 7.5 also includes an enhanced Help file (.chm) and
a PDF version of the R:Charts 7.5 Help Manual.
R:Charts 7.5 is available as a "Step-Up" for all existing
users of R:Charts 1.0.
