Dick I have had no problem with either 7.1 or 7.5 in the latest versions. I
would consider downloading and starting over again.

Subject: [RBG7-L] - Re: windows error
I'm getting that message whenever I try to install the latest update of
R:Base 7.1. I click on the EXE file for the update to open and install it
and nothing(!) happens.
R:Base won't install. And I get the windows (xp sp2) error message dialog
boxes (send report, don't send report).
I'm using XP with Service Pack 2. All previous R:Base updates have installed
fine but this one won't. Has anyone else had a similar problem?
Razzak - Any ideas?

Hey Gang,
Have you gotten one of those windows (xp sp2) error message dialog
boxes (send report, don't send report) when trying to run an
application created by R:Compiler. I know it's not RBase because the
same application works fine on 6 other computer at least 3 of which
are Windows XP SP2.
The applications does not even start. Executing the exe file
imediately brings up the windows error dialog box. Kernel32.dll is
the offended item in question.
I know for certain that I have all of the files (message files, engine
files, etc.) necessary for the Compiled app to work. I even tried
running the app from a usb flash drive and still got the same windows
error.
Any troubleshooting tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for the help,
Damian
