Dick, Pleased to hear that it sorted out your problem. I only discovered this after finding that downloads to my PC at work (no Zone Alarm) were always OK, but most (if not all) of the ones to my laptop (with ZA) gave the corrupted file message.
I would be interested to know what version of ZA you are using. I had version 5.5.062.011 but have just upgraded to the latest version today - I will see if that solves the problem.
