Albert
Instead of interesting I would call it frustrating. Even I went to regedit
whish I fear since I do nit know what I am doing, The only thing I
eventually did was to de delete a few backslash \ from current path, but it
did not help anything
What is "Registry mechanic" ?????

Interesting troubles you have, Gunnar. I am not sure that I will be going to
the conference this
year, yet. The last thing I used to resolve a knotty (naughty?) problem like
this was to get and
run "Registry mechanic". My problem was not with an RBTI product, but it did
resolve the problems
I was having uninstalling something else. I am running XP PRO SP2 on an IBM
ThinkPad, so I don't
think your problems will be with the operating system being incompatible.
