I have a rather elaborate security system implemented using component IDs. On a few occasions when we've been ready to roll the system out to our users, the component IDs for all of the items in the Group Bar were missing.
We suspect that a change in the version of 7.1 patches may have done it. That doesn't seem likely though. I plan to unload all of our forms as soon as we hit a firm code level to be able to restore them as needed should this happen again. The problem is that if all of the component IDs disappear again, we'll have no security on anything until the forms are reloaded. Anyone run into something similar? Ben
