[RBG7-L] - Problem with new installation - V7.5

I have put V7.5 (latest release) on another PC, but find that when I run an application from the desktop, an error occurs which XP wants to tell Microsoft about. If I start RBase normally and then run the application from within RBase it works properly. (The application works properly on other PCs.) If anyone can suggest what may be missing from the new installation that would be much appreciated.  (I do have an activation key.)   Thank you.   Regards     John Docherty
