Dennis: It is likely that the printer is setup for manual page feeding (manual tray feed). In both of my printers (Minolta, Lexmark), if the printer is set up for the manual feed tray, it will prompt after each page and when you press the button it redirects to the default tray. When you display the form to the screen and then click on the printer icon, it will open a window; you can access from there the printer settings and verify the paper source. They've only being on RB7x for a couple of weeks. When they print a 180 page report on an HP laserjet 1100A, they have to press Ready after every page.
