Are you able to connect via R:BASE to confirm the functionality?

There have been major improvements in the latest R:BASE ODBC drivers,
including 7.1, 7.5. 8.0, Oterro 3.1, Oterro 3.5 and Oterro 8.0.

While you wait to receive the full installer, I have also made an
arrangement for you to try the latest beta version of Oterro 3.5
ODBC Driver to see if that helps.
