Are you able to connect via R:BASE to confirm the functionality?

If you mean can I connect to the external database normally eg. via
the r:prompt, then the answer is yes.

While you wait to receive the full installer, I have also made an
arrangement for you to try the latest beta version of Oterro 3.5
ODBC Driver to see if that helps.

I appreciate your help. The server requires a reboot for the Oterro
install so I'll let you know how it goes afterwards.
