Thanks Dawn, Right now we have several models, the 200 and I think a 220. I am going to get a new one soon also. The software is the latest for XP for those machines. I basically can get data to those devices, but need some tips on how to format a label for them so it makes sense. I usually wind up with multiple labels with partial words or garbage. I think there is a method to offload data to a text file and then open up some other seiko software, but I'd rather do it all in R:Base and just output to that printer. BC
