Is there a printer setting that looks at General\Printing Preferences instead of Advanced\Printing Defaults or looks at the lower value of the two?
If the user changes them in General\Printing Preferences to a lower resolution but forgets to change them in Advanced\Printing Defaults the report prints slowly.
