OK, I did what some of others have done - moved the *.CHM files from local C: to network W: and they no longer work.

I looked over past posts and have done the following (thank you, Paula):
1. Deleted all the CHMs.
2. Downloaded & ran the 7 RBG71_HelpFiles_PartN.exe and extracted them all to W:\RBTI\RBG7  (Novell 5.1 server)
    Did not get "Unknown Publisher" or "File has been blocked" messages.
    I cannot find an "HTML Help" app to open the files with.  What should I be using?

When I orginally tried to open the files, there was an Internet Explorer message, so I changed CHM files from whatever was being used to open them to opening with IE (Indiscriminate Error?).  Well, big error, anyway: help does not work for 7.1 or 7.5 now.

Also checked Security Update (896358) at MS that John Minyo mentioned in July but unfortunately that didn't help.

Running Win2000 and am up-to-date on critical security updates.

Any ideas?
