  Remember what I told you at the conference about keeping programs stored in 
the database as Varbits?  This is no different, you can store the RegEdit 
Script for the Registry modifications and the ODBC Dll and if the connection 
throws an error, you can install the aforementioned and test your connection 
again.  You might want to employ a counter in case the error is something else 
and it doesn't endlessly loop installing.
