Well, perhaps you have been luckier than I. I have Honjos on two on my bikes. One set I installed, the other a professional builder. These were the extra long models so the front extends above the front wheel about as long as on the Berthouds. On both, debris has managed to work its way in and somehow knock the front end out of line. I have been able to twist it back, but it is not as straight. My guess is Honjo does not make a 60 fender because it would bend more easily than the big Berthoud. Dings may be equal. I guess I have never really noticed..
