Don’t forget the thin spacers for the fixed cup side that let you cheat a
bit on chainline when you're down to your last millimeter.

Simplex and TA Cyclotouriste are a match made in heaven, or at least
some cool looking shops in France.

Have you figured out which spindle to use in the bottom bracket?  I
forget the size I ultimately used when I mounted a Cyclotouriste on
the Hilsen.  I remember it took a few tries to get the right chain
line.
