I really don't think that's the next step. It's probably reasonably close. At first I had mounted the hanger off to one side, but with a couple easy passes of a file, this ended up working just fine - http://www.flickr.com/photos/cyclofiend/3218911812/ Sorry to use a non-riv example... There's little to no torque on the hanger (or at least there _shouldn't_ be), and there's usually a bit of extra material on the thing.
