I'm lucky to count the RBWHQ&L* as my LBS. (I'm also lucky enough that it's far enough away that I can't get there very often.) So, it always creates a headshake moment when people make broad and general claims about RBW's philosophy, lifestyle, attitude or what-not. I'd bet that some (if not most) of that comes from only knowing them from written word, website or a short phone call. When you meet them in person, you get the understanding that they are a pretty diverse set of folks, with a common set of interests. Y'know, kinda like us here on this list. As I think I've said before, it's a big ol' tent with open sides. Take what you need. Leave what you don't. Respect and honor those who are on the journey.
