The worst thing? They break easily. I broke three, two of which had modest use. All broke at the same place: just above where the wire is brazed to the mounting plate. Steel bottles, 8 oz heavier full but carrying slightly less liquid than a large plastic bottle, also full; but still, for the price? And very few miles of steel bottles broke them. The much cheaper VO retro cages have, so far, been fine.
