actually, my roubaix frameset cost me $1935 out the door and included frame, fork,. headset, stem, and handlebars. that includes sales tax. not quite twice the cost of a new sam and less than most highend steel framesets. the frames are made in taiwan. in reality, many steel and aluminum framesets are made there.
