Actually, Calfee now offers an option to fit 28 or 35mm wide tires. It
cost between $100-150 more, but if you want wider tires, you can do.
You can also get rack and/or fender mounts too:

However, in most cases, the big limiting factor is not so much a
Calfee frame, but the carbon fork. Most "racing" carbon forks cannot
fit a tire wider than 25mm. In Alpha Q and Easton's case, that may
even be a stretch! Although heavier, a Winwood or Wound Up fork may be
the only option for someone wanting 28 or 35mm wide tires. Good Luck!
