I wouldn't call 30 lb of gear with a tent and other camping equipment
"light touring".  On the other hand, I couldn't possibly tour inn to inn
with as minimal a load as Chris illustrates.  Maybe my clothes weigh a
lot more than his, but 20 lb is about as light as I was able to get it.
