The simplest thing is to fashion a standoff to go between the seatpost and the bag. Mine is a 4" piece of 1 1/4" PVC pipe which I "fishmouthed" at one end to fit against the seatpost. I run a toe strap through the loop on the bag, through the PVC pipe, around the seatpost, back through the tube and buckle it.
