I took the center of an old Cinelli HB, for which I no longer had a stem that fit, and mounted it to the front of the rack. I use dual dinotte lights which are designed to mount on the handlebar. You cansee them mounted to the HB in the frame of the bike facing my wood shed. With this new set up I can stick the battery in a front bag and mount the lights lower and further forward for better visibility.
