I'm in New York City. My wife is 5'4'. Betty Foys are beautiful. I saw one in the city two weeks ago. But it's out of my price range. I'm thinking of a bike for a couple of hundred, and then put in another couple hundred to fix up with Riv/Velo-Orange parts..
