Rene, tough choice and bummer. Your bikes are stunners-guess the best thing about that is however you proceed you still have two really awesome bikes.
I will say I've bought and sold many a bikes-like a lot of us have- and the only two I have ever regretted selling were an Atlantis and a Surly Troll. I hopefully will buy another troll soon. But the Atlantis is out of the budget for now. But-man-is that a special bike. However you go- best of luck to you.
