I have a Canon PS2400 IS. Small, light, fits in my jersey pocket. It has tactile controls (real buttons). I also carry my iPhone, BUT it is too fiddly to take pictures while riding. If I dropped it, I would no longer have a phone, which would not be a good thing. I like to take pictures while riding, so a dedicated camera is better for me.
