Though RBW does tell you with triples the Shimano FD can be "touchy." And I 
think the CX derailleur Riv sells doesn't wrap enough chain for a triple. I 
used to be of the mind you always get what you pay for and I love Shimano 
products. But…. the last couple years I've tried less expensive components 
and have been pleasantly surprised. As long as they function to your 
expectations and wear well, I'm all for them. Because of that I'm trying 
the Claris FD for my Saluki build, and the Altus in the back.
