I had a tension bolt crack on my B17 back in 2011 and Brooks covered it under warranty for me. They directed me to contact Hanford Cycles in Philadelphia, who expediently replaced the bolt. The contact info I have from the warranty claim email had the email address as hanfordcyc...@gmail.com and Simon Firth was the guy I was in contact with over there. Best of luck keeping the leather alive!
