I get less vibration from my Shutter Precision hub than from my Schmidt hub (the kind with the large alloy shell, not the newer, bulb-shaped type). Running LED lights, which draw less current, also seems to reduce vibration (as well as drag).
I’ve found that having the lights “on” when starting from a stop makes the vibration less noticeable than if I turn the lights on while moving. --Eric Norris campyonly...@me.com www.campyonly.com campyonlyguy.blogspot.com > On May 7, 2015, at 3:19 PM, Lungimsam <john11.2...@gmail.com> wrote: > > Thanks, Jim and Will. > > Will, when you say that some SON hubs are buzzier than others, do you mean > between different models, or even among the same model, they buzz differently? > > > -- > You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups > "RBW Owners Bunch" group. > To unsubscribe from this group and stop receiving emails from it, send an > email to rbw-owners-bunch+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com > <mailto:rbw-owners-bunch+unsubscr...@googlegroups.com>. > To post to this group, send email to rbw-owners-bunch@googlegroups.com > <mailto:rbw-owners-bunch@googlegroups.com>. > Visit this group at http://groups.google.com/group/rbw-owners-bunch > <http://groups.google.com/group/rbw-owners-bunch>. > For more options, visit https://groups.google.com/d/optout > <https://groups.google.com/d/optout>. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
