I also shop at Probikekit in the UK because the often don't charge shipping (or tax) for US purchasers http://www.probikekit.com/advsearch.php?AQUERY=Lezyne I know Velo Orange stocks them and I believe Nashbar does as well. If I am forced to go the internet route I usually put in the model in google and then once the results are in I click on the shopping link which you can then sort by price. doesn't always come back with the best price but its usually pretty close.
