I think it depends on what you want for wheel base. The Atlantis is about 1" shorter: having slightly shorter chainstays and shorter top tube. Otherwise I think they are very much the same. I have an Atlantis. It's great. I wouldn't change anything. I haven't figured out what makes a longer wheelbase more desireable.
I run rear panniers 100% of the time, never hit them with heels so the rear works fine. Maybe HunQ has some unknown mojo... but no bike will have a better head tube badge.
