He said doing it, *where's the harm*; I said doing it on a MUP (as so many do) could indeed create harm. Obviously, you don't have to do it on a MUP; but we often see pathaletes doing it.

        Even a single rider riding like that on the local MUP is a
        great way to
        cause accidents, plenty of harm there.
