Well, those guys lighting a cigarette while riding four abreast on the MUP would be dangerous to the riders coming in the other direction. You are only allowed to pretend you are a racer when you are alone. Group-pretending is where the problems usually start. When your pretending puts me in danger, then I've got a problem. Fortunately, that's pretty-much never. Wink!
