I sewed up a pouch that fits perfectly and used a magnetic clasp to close it and heat molded some ABS plastic with a heat gun to conform to the bag frame for the clip. The pouch sits inside the handlebar bag right at the rim. The camera is suspended in cloth rather than bouncing around with something else or banging away on a rack or basket. It works great. I just wished the camera took better photos. I think my Iphone 6 takes better pictures, but alas, no telephoto. Sewing in three dimensions is hard!
