I had a silver shifter that died and looked identical to the one pictured. Took about 6 or 7 Seattle winters to kill it. I guess you could rip Grant for sharing what happens behind the scenes but isn't that what he's always done...might not fly at the "corporation" but it's refreshing to me. I nominate Patrick for customer relations director.
