I hope your newly acquired garage space is coming along nicely.  I would 
suggest looking at Pinterest for ideas using search terms such as "garage 
organization", "workshop organization", etc.  I've gotten a few good ideas 
for the shop there.  Been trying to get my converted garage now studio and 
shop fixed up since a ventilation problem created a mold issue in the 
ceiling.  There is still a lot of things to fix but now that the studio is 
re-insulated and the garage reorganized it is at least usable again.  I 
don't have any dedicated bike shop space since I do a lot of woodworking 
and Industrial Design modelmaking in there and design and professor work in 
the studio portion.  I did arrange the shop space so there is ample room to 
work on the bike.  Next challenge is to rebuild and re-insulate the shop

 Needless to say... it will never see a car!
