Excellent timing, as I was wondering the same thing! I've been wanting to try these tires on my Sam for ages, and now that it appears Nor Cal may get a legit winter, seems like now is the time. Currently running Compass tires (Barlow Pass) with no fenders, and local dirt excursions are getting progressively sketchy.
How do folks like Rock n Roads in general? I would use these tires on a combination of pavement and dirt...are they tolerable on pavement?
