Thunder Burts can be found much cheaper than $91 each. You can get a pair shipped from Germany to the US <http://www.bike-discount.de/en/praesenz/search?currency=5&delivery_country=191&q=burt> for that price.
I picked up a pair of 26 x 2.1 Liteskin Burts for my KOM, but I haven't re-assembled it after the powdercoat yet. In the meantime, I put them on my girlfriend's gravel/dirt bike (another old 26er with drop bars) and she liked them a lot. She said they felt faster than Super Motos, even on pavement.
