I've gone every which way. Flat -> Drop -> Mustache -> Jitensha -> Noodle -> Jitensha -> Noodle -> Bosco -> MAP -> Nitto X Fairweather Drop (Noodle with Short reach). That doesn't even include shifter and gearing changes!
It's all good, all on one bike! If I were to duplicate my Saluki or get another Riv I'd put the MAP bars on it. One with Fairweather, one with MAP. I found at least 2-3 positions while riding them. I'd think about moving MAP to your vintage MTB. Put the noodles on the Sam. Put the Choco on the Hunq. It sounds like your bikes all drift towards similar setups. Perhaps you can differentiate them and your riding more by using different bars? I have all the stuff here to setup cockpit quick switching.
