The two orange Ram framesets that I have bought, sold and bought were in the $600-700 range, including the original headset. I feel like a complete Ram in a popular mid-size such as yours would realistically sell for around $1200-1500 complete. If it didn't come with saddle or pedals, it might be towards the lower end of that range. Just my $0.02 anyways.
