Hi Tim, Photos will come later, but on the Cheviot, since it's a mixte, the top tube intersects the seat tube in the middle, not at the top. For the rear center pull brake, you need the cable to be on the top of the tube so the cable yoke can be in front of the seat tube. Photos will clarify. And on a mixte for centerpulls, you only need one brazen-on on the front near the head tube, not both. But that single braze-on needs to be at the 12 o'clock position. On the Betty they were at 2 o'clock and some people were able to pull it off. I learned it a few weeks ago. My Betty had a front Paul centerpull and a rear Silver brake (like the Tektro).
