I had trouble even after deleting cache, browsing history, cookies, etc. 
and then re-starting browser and computer.  (I use Chrome.)  Then, 
yesterday morning it suddenly started working on my laptop, without doing 
anything new.   My only best guess is that my *router's* history needed to 
be cleared in addition to my computer, and it eventually did that 
automatically overnight.  

However my smart phone still can't see the new site, so I'm not sure what's 
up there.   The last site NEVER worked, until I got a newer phone.
