I've not used Woolpower or DeVold, and my original issue Wabi jersey is a few years old, but the Wabi is hands down the best jersey I've used, and I've used many different brands. Thickish wool, quality seams, and I think they've fixed the problem of the too high rear pockets.
I see that Wabi now has several types, but if my sample is any indication, you can't go wrong with them.
