Rear axle Over Locknut Diameter (OLD) is 130 mm for the San Marcos. The Tiagra rear hub would fit the frame, but the freehub won't support a Campagnolo cassette.
The Velo Orange Gran Cru rear hub is available in 130 mm OLD and a Campagnolo freehub body, for $160.
