with a Campy drivetrain.
Another solution is the Jtek Shiftmate, way cheaper. Just use a
Shimano hub and cassette with your Campy shifter and derailer.

And I understand Campagnolo Ero 11 will shift a Shimano 9 speed
drivetrain (i.e., Shimano hub, cassette & derailleurs) perfectly with no
adapters required.
