The square hole is the same size for all cranks that fit a JIS bottom 
bracket, and awfully close to the same size for an ISO bottom bracket. Are 
you sure there's no washer in there? I've used my CCP-22 on plenty of 
Sugino triple cranks. A picture would help us diagnose the problem.
