Agreed about Riv's shipping cost. I always cringe a bit when I sell a bike and know it's gotta be shipped, it's a fair amount of work. In fact after a few DIY bike boxing adventures I don't / wont do it myself any more. I now take it to the bike shop who charges 60$. They do a good job or I wouldn't use them but I don't think they put in the love Riv does and they use recycled materials. So if I think about it like that Riv's shipping is very reasonable. It still bums me out to pay it but watcha gonna do? I can't rationalize spending so much on a bike and then gettin all cheapskate on shipping...
