That top tube makes the frame rideable by me, with drops and a 8 cm or so (horizontal equivalent) stem!
Long ago, in a fit of misunderstanding road bike fit, I shoved my saddle all the way forward and had to get a stem to put the bar sufficiently in front of me. I ended up with a 140 mm Cinelli 1/A (and 6" below saddle!), but I could have used Albatrosses with that 170!
